Granola

Ingredients

  • 18 1/2 ounces old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1/4 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup raisin
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine oatmeal, cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt in a large bowl set aside
  2. Combine salad oil and honey in a sauce pan, heat until hot ( do not boil)
  3. Add oil and honey to oatmeal mixture and mix until compleatly blended
  4. Spread onto sheet pans and bake at 275 for 10 mins stir and rotate. Stiir and roatate every 10mins until golden brown
  5. Cool
  6. Remove from sheet tray into a large mixing bowl
  7. Break into small cluster and add raisins, cranberries and coconut
  8. when compleatly cooled store in a air tight container

Chocolate Oreo Truffles

oreo truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (3 rolls) Oreo Cookies
  • 1 (8 oz.) container cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. chocolate chips (12 oz)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos very well (can even use blender). Mix with cream cheese until smooth. Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave (see package). Form Oreo mixture into small balls. (rolling in your hands)
  2. Dip balls into melted chocolate. Set aside to set (on cookie trays lined w/ wax paper).
  3. Once completely cool, refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

This is my favorite (easy) decadant dessert, a crowd pleaser and only 3 ingredients.

Cookie Dough Dip

Cook Time: 10 minutes

The most delicious recipe for cookie dough dip you've ever tasted.

Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup toffee bits

Instructions

  1. Cream together cream cheese and butter.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix until well-combined.
  3. Serve with graham crackers or apple wedges
